We love to buy shoes. There is nothing better then shopping for a brand new pair of shoes. It is one of the things we can justify splurging on. Seeing how we will use them often. We love to adorn our feet with the latest shoe fashions.

A good fitting shoe is very important. Did you know that a bad fit can cause muscle and tendon strain? Yes, that is correct it can effect your health. If you wear an ill fitting shoe, your posture will not be supported properly either.

As cute as the pointy toed shoes are, I must say this, “stay away”. Any time your feet are scrunched up this is not good! Your shoes should have good support as well. They should be appropriate for the kind of activity you plan to do.

From time to time our feet change, all through out our lives. So it is wise to have your feet measured each time you are searching for shoes to get a proper fit. Over time your shoes fit changes as well. After awhile they stretch and lose some of the support they once had.

In the morning hours and on hot days are feet will swell, making it tough to get a great fitting pair of shoes. this is why you should always shop in the later part of the day. It stinks to buy a perfect pair of shoes that are later too tight or too big.

Women love the most adorable shoe on the shelf. But many times the most adorable shoe makes you do weird things with your feet, like crunch your toes the size of an infants foot. This can not be good. I guarantee you it is not, you can do permanent damage.

Flip flops are one of the most bought shoes in the summer months. We love them! The problem with flip flops is they can cause major injury. Many people get injuries every year from tripping and slipping with flip flops, not to mention damage to exposed feet.

Now let’s talk about those lovely high heels that make us all look long legged. Wearing high heels make our posture really bad. It affects our gait and puts a lot of stress on our knees and back. Yes, now you know why your back hurts after a night out looking great in your pretty high heels.
