Do You Want to Have a Better Brain?

Are you satisfied with the way your brain works? Or do you want to make wiser decisions, think better or remember more (“I can’t seem to find my reading glasses.”)?

Oh how we dread the day when we cannot think well, make wiser decisions, or always forget things. We always want our brain to be smarter and better.

If that is the case then you should start eating more fish and take Omega 3 supplements. The right kind of fish and Omega 3 supplements can give you a smarter and better brain.

From our conception we already need Omega 3 fish oil with EPA and DHA. As a matter of fact 70% of a newborn’s brain is made up of EPA and DHA and they are the most important component of a new baby’s nervous system. Omega 3 fish oil is a healthy brain food for all of us, from birth to adulthood.

Lots of scientific research has proven that high quality fish oil can produce positive results in various areas of our physical, mental, and emotional health. This is really important as it impacts greatly on our relationships with other people, the way we feel, our financial future, and our health.

Studies confirm that taking omega 3 fish oil could prevent stress related diseases like those experienced by people undergoing psychological pressure. Moreover, Japanese research found that students taking premium quality fish oil supplements became less irritable, defensive, and irrational and even got better grades!

More studies tell us that cases of depression were reduced in countries with high omega 3 fish consumptions. As a result, increased incidence of suicide, depression and violence were associated with low levels of DHA.

Still, age-related memory loss and the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease are significantly lowered by high intake of fish oil. Patients with Alzheimer’s disease improved their quality of life when they started taking omega 3 fish oil supplements.

The benefits of using fish oil supplements have grown over the years. Researchers at Harvard Medical School were successful in treating bipolar disorder and manic depression by using fish oil supplements. In Britain, scientific studies exhibited positive effects in treating schinzophrenia.

So, if you really want a better brain then the smartest thing for you to do is to start taking a high quality Omega 3 fish oil supplement with EPA and DHA and start eating more fish.
