Eat 5-6 smaller meals per day. This is very important also. If you eat 2-3 larger meals then your body has to work harder to digest the food. If it has to do this then that really means less enegy can go to developing your abs.

Exercise… You will have to exercise at least three to five times every week. You don’t need to go to a gym at first or even at all if you can get the tools you need at home. If you have a fitness ball and some dumbbells around the house, then you have all you need to workout. Try not to concentrate on abdominal workouts only. If you work the full body then you’ll be burning a lot of pounds and your six pack will begin to illustrate.

Stick to these easy steps, and research some more if you want. As you can see there is no need for supplements of pills. All you really need is an effective six pack diet and a great workout routine to follow and you will be getting abs in no time.
